   The dog might very well be microchiped. Take him to any of the vets in Kuwait to read his tag number.

   well if she has a name tag the chances of her being micro-chipped are high…please take her to the nearest vet and check for a microchip and the owners can be located

   The name printed on the collar could be a brand name not necessarily the name of the dog. Taking her to the vet is a good idea.
