I need a program that is more like a private assistant. It intelligently knows where to file a certain program and finds many of the old folders that are hidden beneath the rubble. Lets call it Private Assistant 1.0. I have so many old folders I don't even know why they exist in the first place. A private assistant should scan all folders and subfolders for contents that are similar in composition and suggests a much simpler filing, and not by creating rules. Once you accept the suggestion, the program learns and automatically files everything for you. All you have to do then is use codes. Mac is in general much better that Windows when it comes to file finding.

Another cool program for mac is quicksilver and its free.

It would be nice to have that application running although I don't really need it for my Mac. I clean my desktop on daily basis.

hehe exactly. i have stuff on my desktop that have been there for like years. even when i changed macs and formated my computer i always copy this stuff again onto my desktop but they get thrown in a folder called "Old Desktop". Inside that folder is an older "Old Desktop" and i think i have like 3 of those
