Is this supposed to be seriously educating people to wear their belts while they’re driving ? lol.. do they think that everyone’s minds are as small as theirs ?
That has to be the dumbest sign on earth! Seriously was it actually on the road where people can read it ? Do they think that the drivers are 2 years old or what ?? But on the other hand you do find 2 year olds driving in kuwait!
Supposedly this picture was taken in the UAE not Kuwait.

This sign is definitely in the UAE–that logo on the top right is that of ADCO, a big oil company here in Abu Dhabi that my mom happens to work for. Though, considering the cheesiness of the sign, I shouldn’t really be announcing that to the world lol

Come to think of it, they couldn’t help it. Their arms are too short to reach for the belt. They can’t even touch themselves. (pun intended)

This, actually, is a good way to advertise, IMHO. I mean, how many of ya’ll would read a sign that just says “Wear your seatbelts” ? This one would make you read the sign twice, maybe thrice and maybe, serve the purpose(Read-MAYBE!). Not like i had any thing to do in the making or publishing of this billboard.
Nevertheless, it’s got cheese written all over it, Rofl !

As cheesy and childish it is, may be they are targeting the kids and not the persons who are driving. It might encourage kids in front seats (or back seats) to wear belts when they ride along. But again threatening kids of extinction if they dont wear belts is not a job very well done;)

instead of the usual “speed kills” signs, I guess they wanted to add a little humor to it and for it to be effective towards the younger generation.

the dinosaur looks like the one in a cartoon show i use to watch when I was a kid the dad say “maza touridou ya walad ” and the son say ” an a3mala el etfa2 dod nar w doda el jamer” anyone knows it?
