New site feature

I just added a new feature to the site which will come in handy for people who comment on posts. The new feature allows you to keep track of follow up comments to a post, meaning once you activate it, every time someone replies to a post you get an email with that persons comment. Its an easier way to track comments and you just activate it by ticking the option under the submit button as pictured above. Make sure you put in your correct email address.

I thought i was generating enough traffic for you. You’re getting really greedy LMAO.

how would it generate more traffic if, as a reader, you dont need to go to the site to read the comments and can read them from the convenience of your email?

I was about to comment the same thing as jooj already commented
although on a long run it makes 248am very convenient site but short time loss of subsequent site visits to see what others have commented.
Now, will Mark embed the ads in the follow up mails.
Lets wait and see.

Rejoy no it doesn’t effect the site visits. if you visit the site once or u visit it 10 times a day you still get counted as one visitor.

Shouldn’t the limit be more like an hour. If one person visits a site three times a day, he’s likely to get new content every time. New content translates to different Google ads. Doesn’t all that qualify for a counter increment? Unless you are just interested in number of unique visitors everyday.

I prefer knowing how many people visit the site but both stats are available.
