Change the DNS servers to the above mentioned ones by Topagi. If you are on network, change the DNS settings at the router. DHCP relay and everyone gets good speed. If theres no DHCP, then manual DNS entries into TCP/IP properties. The speed is back to normal. You can check out for more Open DNSs over the internet. ~ Soul I confirm it too and all my office collegues.
