You never know when you might heed it ! One of the easiest things to do in Kuwait is apply and get learner's permit.You need : - 4 photos - Civil ID - Driver's License if you have any for None Kuwaities add - copy of residence permit - Original Work Permit - One KD Go to TriStar for assistance .
