Cool or Not?

I am having a hard time figuring out if this tshirt is ugly in a good way or bad way… Note: I would get it if I thought I could pull it off but since I can’t I won’t.

The only way to pull it off is to wear it with a sense of irony…something that says “I’m too cool to actually think this tshirt is cool”. But since you are wondering whether it’s cool or not, there is your answer :-))
