Reminds me of the way Johnny Rocket’s burgers look, sucks that every time I want to go there now I remember the stories about insects and roaches on their food :(

nice, simple… agree with the choice of chuck and cooking in the skillet. i like adding some browned butter to the burger just after cooking as well. good stuff.
Speaking of which. Anyone know of a good butcher in Kuwait? where I can get chuck, rib, etc…

I wish I could enjoy burgers as much as this person. It is a great source of protein. Unfortunately if I indulge in red meat I pay the price by experiencing pain in my ankle and foot. I have high uric acid and when I get a gout attack it is very unpleasant. Thanks for sharing that video with us.

I guess my last statement ‘thanks for sharing that video with us’ may have sounded cynical to some after my previous statements. It wasn’t :) I really love burgers, and I just wish I could enjoy them and be as passionate about as mark or as the guy in the video. :) I meant no criticism.
I know a 24 old modern Kuwaiti guy who travels and goes out to malls and ect. I mean he is normal, but he never tried a burger in his life!!!
