It'll rock your world and believe me when I say that it needs no sauce whatsoever. Also you can spend the day shopping in the area and enjoying the rich arquitecture of Madrid. I read the comments about the paella. I know that Kuwaities find strange to mix chicken and seafood in the same rice dish. Just give it a go. It'll surprise you. The taste of the rice is very rich but the best paellas are in Valencia, not Madrid.
