You are supposed to melt the cheese. That one just looks like a philly with no cheese, but with mozarella. And the onions are supposed to be fried with peppers, which is further mixed into the cheese and steak, hence making it all stick together. When you bite into it, you are supposed to feel it all. I'm not into junk food to be honest but Johnny Rockets isn't really in that category, its good solid Americana food, the burgers in Kuwait are excellent (although the much larger Fuddies are still my faves) - the Vanilla malted shakes however are amazing (remember to ask for 'malted'). Actually I decided to try this for the first time about 10 days ago and it wasn’t bad at all, quite decent actually, although i would’ve gone with a longer bun.
