I posted before about Obama visiting a burger joint to pick up some burgers, well he did it again this time he picked up burgers for himself and his staff. The cool part is they drove into town in unmarked vehicles with a small entourage. Didn’t know he could do that. [Link]

I hope one day our arab presidents learn to be humble as Obama.. he went to the Burger place without making a security check and asking everyone to leave the restaurant… I have seen restaurants emptied because some prime minister or president is going to eat there but ofcourse it’s only in the ME
I actually heard the king of Jordan passes by a famous falafel place every now and then in Amman. Don’t think he asks anyone to leave either.

Bill Clinton used to do this too. In fact, I think there was a bit of scandal when he was out jogging and decided to stop in and grab a big ass greasy hamburger.
Sheikh Jaber (RIP) used to visit the fish market in Kuwait alone. According to my dad, he used to cover his face with a chimaq and walk around. But that was before the assassination attempt on his life.

I recently upgraded the crystal ball with a new software which fixed some of the bugs in the earlier version. It’s much more accurate now.
Once President’s start implementing controversial issues, ratings dip. This does not mean anything. Come election time, they will spin it as though Obama saved the world and the voters will rush in droves to re-elect him.

@Craig.. I don’t see anything wrong with Bush’s reasoning. He did go on to win 2 terms…unless you are referring to the Senior Bush.
At the end of your 2nd terms, it really does not matter what your ratings are because you are not going to contest for the 3rd term anyway.
