Perfect Soft Eggs

I am craving soft eggs which I don’t think I’ve had since the 80s. It’s all because I found this really cool guide on how to make the perfect soft eggs awhile back and since then I haven’t been able to get it out of my head. I should try making some tomorrow. [Link]

@UglyKid: if you’re worried about Salmonella, undercooking an egg is ok. Salmonella comes from the shell.
Mark you could try them this way, tastes great.

Electrozan sells an egg cooker that rocks. It does soft boiled eggs perfectly and I believe it sells for around 6KD.

i got this from fatafeat and it is cool…
    1. Boil water in a pan (it shd cover the egg when dropped), switch off the flame.
    2. drop the egg and cover the pan.
    3. 6 minutes… same timing with the link u give. well… some seconds will not make any difference, give it 15 seconds-30 seconds more if the egg is big.
    4. Pick it up n ready to serve.

Note : from my experience, better use room temperature egg, because the fridge temperature egg will break when dropped in the hot water due to temperature change….

    enjoy!

you should consider the poached eggs , its hard from the outside and the yolk is really soft, it isn’t easy to do it , but lately i found a great way to do it (with adding vinger to the water) from youtube.

i think you will love it
