Departure time – 7:60AM

Jazeera Airways seem to have a new version of the clock. If you go to the Jazeera Airways website and check the departure times on the timetable they have flights leaving at 7:60AM. Can someone tell me how that is possible? Here is a screen shot in case they fix it. [Picture]

Thank you for Steve for pointing this out to me.

They’re so forward-looking, they’ve adopted the Metric Clock which has 100 minutes per hour.

That is correct, 7.60 is when the time is 7 hours and 60 mins, it is not same as 8.00, because at 8.00, 7.60 is no longer valid, therefore, mathematically, the number is correct.

However,…, that being said, I will nap.

Maybe you should change your web-site to read 1:108AM, that’s 108 minutes past 1 o’clock…!!!

purg, we dont start count of hours at (for example) 8.01 but at 8.00, so its not correct 7.69 mathematically means that it should jump to 8.02 or it would be 61 minutes to the hour…

OK guys, JA think they’re clever by changing the schedule to read 07:59 hrs now, pity they missed changing the arrival of flight J9456 which still shows arriving at 10:60 Hrs.
