Anyway I am locking this post up because I am really really tired of repeating myself over and over to people like u who don’t bother reading and just post stupidly.

I remember a while ago, in your blog there was a request of a guy who was interested in a position in Marketing. He asked you whether your company has any vacant positions and you answered him to send you his c.v. I wonder where that poor guy’s c.v, including his personal detail, have ended.

Kinda destroys your conspiracy theory that I am anti-syrian doesn’t it?

Just before leaving I would like to give the floor to Mark’s own words.

Mark, I tried to belive you when you said how unbiased you feel towards syrian people and that it was just by chance that you got that fake CV file from the Lebanese Forces website. I thought maybe you were confused when you added that that syrian untermenschen stuff was true and credible.
To give you that chance I took the liberty of typing ‘syrians’ in the search engine of this blog to find a confirmation that syrians are for you like anybody else and politics does not enter in your humourous lifestyle blog.
I found the answer to my doubts, here it is. Mark, I hope you won’t censor it. Any answer is Ok to me, and BTW, you are not under process and I won’t obsess you and criticize you further.
Actually i think I already exceeded, but I want to make you understand that with big popularity comes some responsibility, which ryhmes with accountability. And also to remind you that blogs have long memories.

Mark: would n’t it have been easier to tell us: hey, I’m a free man, it’s my blog, I don’t pretend to be a swiss guy free of the ‘middle eastern’ disease of harbouring racist or political prejudices. I’m a proud Lebanese Maronite who has a clear cut sympathy for Kataeb and/or LF, i think they are good guys, and that their enemies are bad guys, because the helped the Syrians who invaded and occupied my country and did not leave us to keep living in love and harmony as we always used to do before those backward syrians woke up a day in 1976 and came to our place for no clear reason when we had spent the few months before their arrival really enjoying ourselves in our typical, very european, almost French, style. I can laugh at a movie blatantly portraying my beautiful country as a terrori.st shithole made by people who bombed it last time just 2 years ago, but won’t forgive the syrians. They their heavy accents and rude ways they remind me that we used to be an arab nation, for a while. Pity the Nation.

Is it so hard to understand that I chose that nickname to ‘make a point’: I would not dream of telling people what studies I did or boast that, that would be quite nerdish. But in this case it looked OK to me just to stress that you can’t generalize: while we all concede syrians are not the most fluent people on earth in English, we are not all that ignorant as some of us IF PROVOKED are ready to remind other people about it. And at least we still put an effort into preserving our beautiful arab language and are not accustomed to boast how our English or French got better than our ancestors language.
Sense of humour is a relative concept, maybe I may lack it. I guess syrians are still stuck to this stupid old-fashioned sense of honour while refusing to share our neighbours’ big sense of humour.
P.S. Braggers in my country would be smart enough to avoid to do that in shawarma places (I imagine the reaction: mashallah, a’andak pee ache deee kamaaan,, mabruuk khayyoo, sharraft al-hara! Zakkirni, khayyo, hiyye model abu 6 aw abu 8 cilinder?).
If in your place the learned guy brags in shawarma places, where do the guys showing off their sports car go, do they play loud hip hop music and tour the falafel stands? Now that’s a scene the Zohan movie guys should have considered!

Say you bought a magazine, lets say FHM. You brought it home, you flipped through it and you didn’t like the articles what do you do? Do you:

a) Email FHM tell them their magazine sucks and that since you like cooking they should turn it to a cooking magazine
b) Next time you just don’t buy FHM and buy another magazine

Now what you did here is choose option (a) but you need to understand that its not up to you what I post or not post here and that I don’t have to make any changes to please you. The correct answer to the question above is (b). If you don’t like a magazine you don’t buy it the second time. Same goes with this blog, if you don’t like what you read just don’t read it again.

I really can’t explain it in any other way. I hope you now have a better idea of what my whole argument above is.

Also, just in case you missed out on the dozen or so posts above from other readers who were trying to explain this to you but the CV above turned out to be a fake. A FAKE. Do you know what that means? It means not real, as in made up.

Maybe you should put your personal details on here if you really think it is ok. What is your tel no? What about your DOB? Can we get a mug shot too? No … i thought as much but it is ok to do this about Wassim because he is a joke to you.

If you read what i said, i didn’t say i didn’t like your blog [quite the opposite until now that i have discovered we have to be your cronies]. I merely think your post was bad taste and you should retract the man’s personal details before you ridicule him. At the end of the day yes you can do what you like but we all have to be accountable for the things we do and say as adults. Ok, so maybe you are still in high school?

Just because I like to post what I want on my blog doesn’t mean I am someone who is wrapped up in hearing my own voice. It just means this is my blog and I post what I want like every other fucking blogger in the world. Thats what a blog is if you don’t believe me check here:
