Outside this bar I used to go to, there used to be a hemp plant growing under a tree under an apartment building next to the bar. lol.

I think everyone knows what hemp means :)

What’s so strange about this? It’s a normal plant that can have many uses – not only for getting high. Armani’s link has references to Hem shelled seeds which is consumed for amino acid and out of which you can make frozen waffles.

Maybe someone was rolling a J**nt then some seeds falls from him down :)
thats what I call a real investment :)

Not a big deal, there are lots of those here in Canada. It has very little THC which can barely get you high….

We know the many uses of Hemp, but people don’t grow them on roundabouts. And this is Lebanon we’re talking about.

The USA constitution was written on hemp paper for crying out loud. Don’t believe me… Google search it.

Aha !! No wonder trying to drive through a roundabout in Lebanon is so confusing and trppyish-like.

Hemp is just a wild plant that grows abundantly in many parts of the world… it makes good fiber for paper and rope. So sad that it has such a bad rep.

  15. Mathai says:

I’m surprised it grew to that extent.
lensman: what you talking about a bad rep ? hemp got me thru college!

    For your info…
The Declaration, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights are currently housed in the National Archives. All three are written on parchment, not hemp paper. Parchment is treated animal skin, typically sheepskin.

Btw if you look harder around Lebanon you will notice the Cannibas plant is practically everywhere. From being in peoples private gardens to being on the side of the road, to being as you found out in the middle of roundabouts, in front of shopping stores, and in many in your face places. Just got to keep your eyes open. Its so taboo in Lebanon but so not taboo at the same time. I love it here :-)
