Second, well i was here all right, i was even driving when the storm hit. I did mention that the weather was going to be unstable and sea activity is not advised, i cant say that the forecast for Friday is: "Stormy" otherwise the whole day is supposed to be stormy unlike the 15 minute storm that hit on Friday. Thats why we mention it as "unstable" because the day would be sunny however instability will occur leading to a quick passing storm known as "Sarayat". Thank you again for the blog and your time. And plus i dont know where you got the idea that he is unaccurate cuz he did say it was gonna be unstable. Anway everyone dont get the wrong idea. Kuwait airport site was so funny though last week! once sunny, then dust then sunny again then rainning then dust but nothing about Tozinami storm !
