Wow I used to love smoking my favourite was double apple. I stopped however because I thought it was to bad on my health and since i box this can have a major effect. According to this article the health community is still undecided as to whether it is harmful Is shisha smoking bad for you I might just smoke every now and again

According to Wikipedia, you might save youself a lot more cash in rent, food etc. from a shortened life: “Research has shown that hookah sessions are more threatening to a person’s health than smoking cigarettes”

…at least enough to recoup the $249 ;-)
