Last week I passed by with my wife and I chose the Baloul with potatoes (batata 7arra) but I requested not to have the potatoes and to have vegetables instead (I am on a stupid diet) but to my surprise the waiter refused to accept my request and told me that she can not change the potatoes !!!!! I told her why ??? is this s rule that you can not break? I do not want the potatoes and if you are in doubt go ask your manager! She went into one of the table where a fat Lebanese women (long curved nails with a siggaratte on the two fingers ) was sitting (turned to be the manager I guess) and spent like 5 minutes arguing and discussing the unbelievable crazy request of mine! Then came back to me apologizing and insisting that she can not take the potatoes off as this is the rule of the restaurant !!! I told her thank you and we left. What a fucken customer service is this !! This place is a joke !

Bought some hammour at the market, had them fillet it, then walked over to the Oasis and had them fried up...it was excellent.
