   Mark deleted my comment because i posted my true experience with usws in his earlier post http://www.248am.com/mark/kuwait/fastest-ever/

   He sends me a mail saying dont spam i dont know why it will become a spam when i write about my experience with usws to the broader audience of 248am.com i commented again on this one because i was sure nobody would have seen that since i commented on that many weeks after the original post.

   Rejoy, something is messed up in USWS currency conversion, that’s for sure… they charge higher somehow when u pay by KD than the actual conversion rate.

   Rejoy I did not delete your comment because you posted your true opinion. As you can see I left your opinion intact in the previous post. As I said in my email don’t spam. You posted your same comment already under two other posts and I think in the forum even so why post the EXACT same copy pasted post again? You have a problem with USWS tell them, if you keep posting the same comment over and over here there is nothing I can do about it, you need to tell them!

    I understood
    I believe your site can do wonders and change the mindset of many service providers when its discussed here and more and more people start talking about it.

    I told them to change their system of charging almost 15% extra for cash payment over online payment. but mine is a lonely voice. if its being discussed here and many others share my experience and opinion, something good will come out.

    I hope USWS reads this and starts offering multiple payment options like paypal/google checkout/Knet cards of other banks in KWT ASAP

    Rejoy you can say whatever you want, you can attack them, complain, anything. Just take a minute and write something, dont just keep copying and pasting the exact same comments over and over.

    I don’t know about you, I’ve been using ushopweship for ever since they opened up and have received over 60 separate packages from them. I like the fact that I can pay using my Knet card and get 2% discount. Aramex does not even offer an online payment to the best of my knowledge.
    In all my dealings with them, I had only 1 occasion where they messed up and lost my package; but were good enough to refund me $30.

    1 in 60 is pretty good service in my opinion which translates to 98% satisfaction.

    Do you guys know till when they will be staying in the old address? because I have a couple of orders waiting for stock to be available and I’m afraid that they would be fulfilled and sent when they have already left to the new address. There should be a transition period for such things or at least they should keep collecting from the old address for about 2 weeks or something.

    Don’t get me wrong dear fellows
    I am 100% satisfied with their timely service
    Not even once it was delayed/lost or anything like that.
    USWS is the best.

    I was not comparing USWS with any other service but to itself.
    They raised an invoice for USD 217.000 (KD 59.500) and took KD 69.000 when i paid by cash. Any body who knows the exchange rate will feel the same thing what i felt.Thats all Other than that USWS is a very good service.

    I am confused.
    In your previous statement, you want USWS to offer multiple payments (they do that. You can pay by credit card, KNET etc.)
    If you follow this route, the exchange rate is calculated by the NBK payment gateway, and you end up paying exactly the KD value computed by NBK.

    So why would you want to pay by cash? Maybe they charged you some additional fees to convert you cash back into KD and thus losing on the exchange rate difference?

    Thats exactly my point.
    I use Burgan Bank and BKME bank both knet cards are not accepted in USWS online, only NBK debit cards are accepted.
    As for the credit card i use visa issued by BKME and it was not accepted either.
    Now my option is only to pay by cash. I called up the customer service and they said there is no additional fees or anything, a shipment of 19.5kg would cost you KD 69.000 if you pay by cash and USD 217.00 if you pay online. I found it little confusing and hard to digest.
