Let me point out one thing, these certain type of clouds come rarely in the form that we have seen the past week, for it to form again and hit Kuwait city again is a very weak probability. These clouds form in seconds and are hard to predict especially that Kuwait is not covered with weather pressure censor every few miles. Hence cut down the rumors please. Thank you

  9. pearls says:

could be just like last week’s rumour

  10. I hope this isn’t some bored person making up rumors…. Don’t blame him/her at all, if we had anything better to do in Kuwait there wouldn’t be so many rumors… :S

How is “Taco Time coming back” a related entry?

I can imagine after eating too many bean burritos for lunch, there would be strong wind at 2pm or 4pm too!

  14. Teachers' View says:

u know what, if it comes, we will only know three – five minutes max before hand…. if like last time, sky will go black, then will come the dust, then the wind….then the rain and hail….. just be careful everyone.

http://www.q8weather.com – he has a weather warning on his website but perhaps he is just trying to cover his ass.

Told you guys, he’s just saving his arse in case it happens again while he’s taking the weekend off.

Better to say there’s a storm when there isn’t, than give the all-clear then watch the devastation unfold.

so talking about storms and predicting them is the new fad?

  33. First, lovely blog, Second, Yes, the dusty conditions is the storm. Dust is very dense with visibility not more than 200m in areas, there was a few lightning strikes towards SW Kuwait. So we got the dust storm this time not the thunderstorm. -Mishaal Al Roomi
