    3 cups of tea only, would cause dehydration, resulting in many things including kidney stones.
    3 cups of tea as part of your 4 litres of fluids per day though, is good for you. Black tea, not that Jappo green tea bollocks.

    These days I am drinking large amounts of water whenever I feel hungry as a diet to lose weight, and I am suffering from going to the bathroom all day long.

    drinking a lot of “black tea” will destroy the iron reserves in your body…and thats not good. Aside from the other bad stuff that could happen to you by reducing or destroying your iron reserves, you could start to lose your hair!

  11. It’s not good enough drinking plentiful water ( approx. 2.5 litres a day ) to keep you going in the furnace which is Kuwait. Frequent voiding is just as important, if not more.
    Our body can auto-regulate the level of hydration of tissues like clockwork, and we are all of us much better off visiting the loo as frequently as we visit the office water cooler.
    Since this is a watery post I think it prudent not to binge drink over the weekends as alcohol is proven to have a definite dehydrating effect.
