3-Hour Diet™
Could this actually work? This diet suggests you eat every 3 hours. According to them if you eat every 3 hours you keep your metabolism constantly set in motion which in return means you will keep burning fat. Sounds a bit too good to be true but it doesn’t sound to far fetched either. [Link]

My has the book and was preaching about it. It does make sense and the idea has been around for ages. Basicly just eat, so your body doesn’t need to store food.

Its true supposedly! Let me tell u about my experience!
I was on a strict diet of eating 1 meal a day and exercising, and I lost ALOT of weight, went from 90 to 64, and now back at around 75 which is much better than 64.
Anyway, my diet worked but the only problem now is that my metabolism is fucked up, if i eat more than one meal i gain weight real quick, which is not normal!! 2 friends of mine who r doctors told me that the best thing to do is eat 5 small meals throughout the day, I am afraid to try it after i ruined my metabolism!

I did try that a couple of years ago but not to loose weight but to be healthy. Got it from Body For Life and the way it works is that you eat 6 meals a day with equal small portions of protein, carbs, and minerals but your last meal has to be 2 hours before you sleep. In this way your body doesn’t store the food and you even feel better through out the day. It is really difficult to stick to though.
4. Never Hungry | November 14th, 2005 at 9:31 pm
I don’t “diet” but I do eat every 2 hours or so. I love eating, but I hate being hungry (go figure!) so I just snack all day long. For breakfast I’ll have a one-egg omelette. Then a couple of hours later I’ll have a 2-3 tablespoons of cottage cheese, then 2 hours later I’ll eat half of a sandwich, 2 hours after that I’ll eat the other half… You get the picture. I’m never really hungry, and never full. It keeps my metabolism high and I feel pretty good. The only pain is keeping food around all the time. :)
