BusyNow brought this to my attention, it seems Aramex Shop and Ship are now shipping packages straight to Kuwait from New York. Check this, no UAE:

I am not suprised, I have been seeing some aramex trucks in DC lately .. they are branching out. It is also cheaper and more efficient.
