There WAS a place on the FTZ that did this and they stopped
they were also a FedEx place so they didn’t entirely go under

if you have a credit card based on an account in the USA, you can get PAYPAL and sell it yourself on Ebay
but Paypal (like mine) based on a Kuwaiti based credit card can’t receive money and so i can’t sell on Ebay

however here is some light on the primary issue.
I happen to know quite a bit about kuwait and US and all about selling online
online stores dont exist in kuwait or wont survive unless they have a retail location. mainly because kuwaitis take shopping as a hobby. they love spending time in malls and haggling the vendors and eating out. as far as selling personal used stuff, i dont think kuwaitis are into buying used stuff. its degrading to them. other then kuwaitis there are ppl from poor countries trying to make money to take home and try to spend only on necessities. besides kuwait is too small so you can drive to any part in no more than an hour so nothing is ever shipped.

I heard that they are cutting down that rate from 30% to 10% , 38% is what the mother company takes in the US, but they really are a middle man for BUYING items from wbsites that dont accept out of US credit cadrs and/or dont ship overseas, i think this service is really cool , I have used it myself and they really take out the hassle out of online shopping. thats only my opinion

What about shipping costs ? If I sell my car through them and they get 30% commission. Are the shipping costs inclusive ? If so, that might be a good deal.

i think ebay has local sites for different countries .. like canada and UK and france ..

i had a business idea , but i was too lazy to work on it .. they should have took the licens from Ebay to use their name and site and make up their own local kuwaiti Site .. like Ebay.com.Kw … which serves only Kuwaitis and u can only watch kuwaiti items … with proper advertisement .. ppl would sell their stuff by their own .. even it was 90% dependable on used cars market ..

kuwaiti people are educated enough to know how to use the kuwaiti ebay .. and that would be a great business plan .. instead of that stupid one
