CNN Hologram Interview

    Pretty cool technology. I predict we will see a whole lot more of this in the near future.

    They were talking about the technology yesterday but were keeping it all hush-hush for the big reveal during the night.

    Not sure if that was the same technology. This is essentially “live” – which is what makes it cool.

    lolz… I just realized her 2nd name is Yellin, before which I was wondering what’s with CNN’s strange slang caption “Jessica Yellin via Hologram” although she was speaking pretty normally.

    Rollen that was different, the hologram CNN used was 3D, if you watch the video you will see that we see the hologram from different directions. If you check gizmodo you can see an article on how it was made. They used 44 HD cameras and 20 computers for it.

    All a hoax. The “holograms” didn’t actually appear in the studio as real holograms would.
