		<description>thats also not true. It depends what you are trying to get transparent. if your image just involves solid colors or type, gif will do as good a job in a smaller sized file.</description>

When we saved it as a gif the size dropped by 57%.</description>

actually the diffrenece is that the PNG give you transparncey with unlimited colors, not like JPG which cant give you Trancprancey ...

but as i said before its useful for exporting to flash ....
