Kuwait residents can now use PayPal
Recently PayPal started accepting credit cards from Bahrain, Qatar and UAE. How does Kuwait fit in to this? Well the American Express office in Kuwait issues their credit cards from Bahrain. So, if you have an American Express credit card you can now sign up for a PayPal account. When PayPal asks for your billing address just put the address of the Bahrain Amex office which is the following:
P O Box 5990
Al Seef District 428
Manama 428
Bahrain
For those of you who don’t have an American Express card you can get one from the American Express office located in Salhiya Complex. Their phone number is 2413000.

OK that is rediculously sweet! I already have a paypal account with my US credit cards.. but still this helps!
Finally, i just knew that its accepted in UAE. The Amex tip is great.

The minimum limit for Amex is 1500$
is that min or max ?
there is 2 cards
1-you pay 5% every month and the limit is 1500$ no more no less
2-you pay 100% every month and the limit start from
1500$

Amex sucks badly and they make terrible mistakes when it comes to especially stopping your card suddenly when you need it the most then correct their error at least a week later.
onlyme wallah paypal is messed up, they still owe me some money from a transaction i made a long time ago. also i am a guy BTW ;)
you will loose a lot of money in exchange coz…the card will billed in bahraini dinars…if you make a transaction in Dollar, it will converted into BD….then when we pay it from Kuwait, we pay KD which will then be converted….so, you will loose some money in exchange…
another problem is that some sellers wont ship an address other than your billing address….
Just tried it, it works perfectly, no lose in exchange becuase you can choose US dollars as billing type and AMX uses US dollars. thank you for the info
