The main question is : Is it origami? Look at paper, it is normal school paper. where to make homeworks.
Look on proportions of the model and the distance of the lines for scribe.
Each part of the model has clear lines where to scribe well visible. This means there is not modern origami tecnique on this model, but many attached small folded parts. Probably the model is a composition of over 50 parts. At first i thinked the moin model was form the Bahamut of Kamiya Satoshi, but then looking on poroportions and write line of the paper i can see they are the same on wings and on the two central square of the tronk. I only hope you use no glue to assemble it, but probably i am wrong. Aniway good effect and good composition ;) compliments.
