You certainly can.
My friend was telling me about it this summer and how he really wants to go. They even give you an anti-radiation suit. Because of the high levels of radiation in some places, you are allowed to be there for a limited amount of time.

This town is ghost town. I’ve seen a program on the History Channel the other day where they are trying to determine what would happen when humans go extinct (Yeah I know). They showed videos of Chernobyl now since no one lives their anymore. I was surprised how mother nature took over. The place looked like a city abandoned 1000 years ago!!
