   :( wish they could work on battery life more… just bought a sony mp3 player 1GB on “speshun offer” at bangkok airport… 70 hours! If iPod matched that, there would’ve been no contest.

   Financy its a lot easier to place an order with amazon plus u get free shipping and 2% off if you are an A9 user and another 6% off if you have an associate account ;)

   u need to download the a9 toolbar (google it)
   then use the a9 search engine a few times every day (u need to sign into the toolbar using ur amazon account)
   after a certain amount of time
   u will get a 1.57% discount off everything on amazon.
   associate account is where u refer people into amazon and get a certain percentage off what they buy.

   and almost anyone can get the student discount
   so its even cheaper
   $229 for an 8gb nano with free shipping,

   to get the student discount, just find a crappy community college, some schools that you find on amazon require that you enter an email from that school, which is relatively easy to find anyways, but some dont.

   i just found out that there is no student discount with the new ipods

   apple are starting to suck
   first is they way they make u pay more to get the cooler colors, black macbook and nano
   and now its this!

    actually to get the A9 discount u dont need to download anything. just go to a9.com and sign in using your amazon account and then every few days do a search for something. you will get then have the a9 discount.

    to get 6% off everything you buy on amazon
    go to amazon.com/associates and create an account.
    everytime you buy something from amazon buy it using the link from the associate account and then you will get 6% off the price.

    I wnat to buy an Apple ipod from Amazon, but they say, this item cannot be shipped to your destination(Kuwait). Did anyone else face similar problems?
