Sneak Peek: Infunity

Today I was lucky enough to be taken on a tour of Infunity which will be one of the largest indoor amusement parks in Kuwait once completed. Three things that grabbed my attention there, the first is they will have a pretty cool indoor roller coaster that’s designed by the same people who build ones for Six Flags. Secondly they will have Go-Kart Drifting which I didn’t know existed but sounds pretty cool. Finally my favorite thing, they will have a huge proper climbing wall! The place will launch early next year and they will be located on the top floor of 360 Mall near the bowling and arcades.

In such a slack economy, marketing is a must. It’s good that such a sneak peek was given, but it should be on a wider scale to build awareness. This is a major project, it wont be filled on its on with competition around the corner.

  3. waw .. nice we need entertainment places for people who are above 20

  5. Can’t wait! Although, I do wish someone would build a proper haunted house ride like the one they have in Bahrain with a chainsaw and everything. The one in Shaab Leisure Park is a joke.

I thought the haunted house at Shaab park was supposed to be good. I haven’t been to Shaab park since before 1990, I think I need to pass by, its like right next to my house.

The roller coaster was first designed to snake out of the mall (like the one in Las Vegas NYNY) but the municipality rejected the design. Its now fully enclosed.

That is amazing, I’ve been to the Six Flags in texas back in 1992 & only recently in mid 2009, i’ll tell ya, those designers are bloody geniuses, I cant believe it’s happening here now :P

Daddy’s Girl: It’s the 4th floor and its already open. There is a bowling place and arcade there. Only infunity hasn’t opened yet.

  12. Burhan says:

This is bad news – it will attract all the wrong crowds to 360 which so far has been a haven for people who just want to go somewhere, relax, stare at fish and have a coffee.

We can’t have anything good :/

This is so totally Dubai while the rest of the mall (minus Geant) appears so totally Zurich!

  14. Nael says:

Off topic, know there was a little amusement park/Arcade place at the Muthanna Complex, is that still around?

  15. Mark says:

That’s future kid, it’s still there with the same games

  16. Daddy's Girl says:

then again i have only been to 360 3 times, 2 of them in the first week of it’s opening were we tried to sneak up!!!

  17. Mark says:

Actually my mistake, the bowling and arcade are on the 3rd floor.
