The V3x

V3x

Thanks to everyone who replied to my “I need a new phone” post. I decided to go for the Motorola V3x.

Yesterday while I was at the airport with Nat I saw a dark blue Motorolla Razr. I didn’t know what it was, it looked a bit thicker then the regular Motorola’s but it looked way cooler and it cost KD145. I didn’t think of it much until today while I was researching the V3i on Amazon and I found the V3x and recognized it as the phone I saw yesterday.

The V3x is a cool looking phone and I am getting the dark blue version since blue is my favorite color. It has a 2MP camera on the outside and a second camera on the inside for video calling since the phone also supports 3G. The resolution of the internal screen is 320 x 240 which is also pretty nice. I have only had one flip phone before in my life so it should be a nice change to own one now.

I just ordered the phone from Amazon since its around KD30 cheaper and it doesn’t come with the arabic keypad which I think makes the phone look ugly. Once I get it I will post a proper review of it.

It’s a quite good phone, unfortunately there is no WLAN on it, but I guess as the GPRS connection in kuwait is so cheap you wouldn’t find it annoying.

I got the price from the store at the airport. Anyway I had 400$ worth of gift vouchers so still getting it from Amazon cuz I am basically getting it for free

Meznawy, my heritage is Arabic so it has to be plastered on my phone? Wtf?

btw the OS I think is either the same as the V3i or different. The V3i I read had some minor OS updates.

lol you guys are reading in to this too deep.

Having both arabic and english letters on the tiny keypad is too much. It crowds things up. Visually its better to have only the english and since I don’t know how to write in Arabic then I might as well have the better looking single language keypad..

My phone has characters in chinese .. I guess that means I am into communism, the color red, and long walks on the beach.

Mark you need to tell these moon-language speaking sandnigger cunts to stop shitting up your blog.

i agree arabic keyboards are useless and stupid. arabic should be reserved for stupid love and watani poetry while people use a more logical language that doesn’t depend on mindless memorisation and 3 letter bases to all words.

It’s normal phone I used before Sony Ericsson (S700i, W800) they are better than V3x, as I read the OS is so normal, I had one now the keybord is arabic support but the OS isn’t I can’t use Arabic letter, if there are any one can help I will be very thankful.
