Compared to UAE, I think Kuwait can do much better, Kuwait was one no. 1 in the gulf. But the mentality and way of thinking and implementing counts. All Kuwait does is take oil revenue and utilize it back into oil. Avenues is a pretty dull affair on the whole. The same boring chains. There isn't even a decent media outlet and what's worse is there are 25 starbucks on every corner.
