I am trying to figure out what this Disney poster reminds me of, can someone help me out?

You are still winking at Wataniya! Red and gold outline with white lettering reminds wataniya…, and there where another full page ads released in the local newspapers with this same wooden frame (you know, stock images) and the color combinations for HEISCO(a re-branding ad for KSRC) done by myself two years back with a headline “The art of transformation”. I will send you the ad later from my collection. May that the one you are talking about.
