I just heard about Mishaal who is a local weather forecaster. Supposedly he is extremely accurate and is the next Oujeri and he is only 17. He has a website with his own forecast, will start checking it to see how accurate this guy is. [Link]

when i sent this site to my husband a while ago he was really happy to see it . he is a fighter pilot and although they have their own resources he really appreciates good weather forcast :P
Mishaal is an 11th grader in my school. Weather is his passion and his predictions in the past to me were very accurate. I can recomend strongly! You can also subscribe to his sms weather-updates.

Whats wrong with you A E R O?? the weather in Kuwait in winter has much more than sun. For gods sake predicting the weather in Kuwait is probably the most diffucult thing cuz we could have like four seasons in kuwait in only one day!!
