Confuse Wifi-stealing neighbors

This looks complicated to do but the result is really rewarding. If you have neighbors who are stealing your Wifi you can do two things, either encryt your Wifi or have some fun with them. This site shows you how to have fun by turning every image your neighbour downloads upside-down. It should really confuse them. [Link]

Thats pretty cool, but how do u implement it on a router? That process is for a server.. but how to implement on a router! now that would be cool!
