Realist – Wagamama is opening! :) :)
DG – Yes, “some” retailers over-price – but not everyone.
Also opening: Gucci, Emporio Armani (x2 stores) Cartier Jewelery, Villa Fayrouz, Van Cleef & Arpels, Burberry (big store) Lush, Intersport, Toys R Us, Geant, A Pea in the Pod, bebe, Nike, Coffee Republic and another McDonalds!

Another mall with ripoff pricing. Just compare the Marks & Spencer pricing in Kuwait to the GBP prices on the UK website and you’ll know what a con peoplwe are made off. Other retail groups also follow suit. The perception is that the buyer is price insensitive !

The website still says they are opening today. Unfortunately, I went there before I checked your blog this morning and was shooed away by some guards. They were very rude. There were a lot of other people there trying to get into the mall. Instead of letting us all go around a roundabout 10 meters in front of them, they made us turn around right there causing a huge traffic jam.

The biggest indoor entertainment center in Kuwait is located on the 2nd level of the 360 mall. It is fabulous, 1st of its kind in Kuwait and very futuristic. It is going to be a big surprise for everybody and I am sure that people will just like to spend hours and hours there!!!

Okay guys, I’m writing this from inside the mall.
1st. The mall is going to open on 5th July. I personally spoke with the developers yesterday.
2nd. There is a Nike store, not a Niketown – but it’s a good looking store.
3rd. 65% open – I think not! maybe 35-40%
4th. Geant will not open before 5th July – same time as the rest.

I will take a walk today and give you all a list of stores due to open in the mall.

i was in a meeting with one of Tamdeen manager couple of weeks ago and he mentioned that 65% of the shops are goign to be open at the malls opening and 98% will be openned by the end of september
