I just thought you might wanna know that there is a court case being taken up by a few angry customers in the states against apple...they want reimbursement coz apple said the scratchy screen thing is only a certain batch...and if you do want your fixed you have to pay for delivery and (i think) repairs. I'll try to forward you the link to the article but because it was on one of the freebie morning papers here i dunno if it will still be on their site Cheers!
