A new My Toy

My Toy

I was walking around Muthana Complex when I spotted a second new branch of My Toy. The main branch is located on the ground floor and sells Tamiya radio controlled vehicles but the branch I found was located on the Mezzanine floor opposite the store that sells all the cool Japanese robots (behind Andalus). This second branch of My Toy is focused on plastic vehicle models… you know the ones that you glue together. I was always terrible at them since I was always too clumsy with the glue but its good to know there is still market for them.

For those of you who’ve never heard of My Toy. Its one of the oldest toy stores in Kuwait. I used to pass by their store in the 80’s when they were located in Salmiya. Here is a link to their website. [Link]

Update: Forgot to mention but their website has a link to their online store.

Is it the same store that used to be in mojama3 il neqra? ilee used to have numerous play-doh shapes o tubs o stuff?

Then it opened in Fanar? then it closed in both places?

I thought it closed for good!!! i used to love that place. Though i recall my parents saying it was expensive compared to Kids R Us. whome i miss terribly :( we dont not have a proper toy store in Kuwait. Perioud. and no, fantasy world is not enough. I always felt it stocked the toys from china or something madry leesh.

I think it will open in telal mall … infront of living color cafe?! mo?

    Be careful with the prices.
The 1:12 Porsche GT and Ferrari Enzo cost a wopping 240 KD each. Checked the online model retailers found that they are priced between 100 and 110 KD, without delvery charges.
