A Star For You
Remember when you were kids in school and if you did something good the teacher would give you a star? Well I am starting this trend at the agency. I am giving out pink and blue stars of various sizes to designers who work hard. The harder you work the bigger the star you get. Really funny stuff.. I think this should be applied to all of our offices worldwide. I also think I am gonna get fired when management comes back from their trip!

You know… I was thinking about the same thing the other day… Why don’t companies do that! Not necessarily stars but funny stuff and could have teams and stuff… Each person has a childish side so why don’t we use it…
I think that works. I would work harder if I was rewarded a cute little star in return. ;)
hmm maybe i should introduce activities like coloring. i can bring coloring books and crayons and we can group color!
I won’t call that a working place …
