I can't even believe that I actually bought =D im looking forward to go there every day ,since it has all the kind of book i want ..xD In addition , people who work there are really sweeeet !! She is by far the most ignorant,unprofessional and incompetent employee at that place and doesn't even know what an ISBN code is!! Not only did she never call back whenever she promised, but would go to the extent of disconnecting calls and speaking in a rather impertinent manner whenever I made inquiries!! From now on, whenever anyone (in Kuwait) says "We will call you back tomorrow" my reply will be, "Ok, say Wallah." I got pissed off now just thinking about the incident...
