My Eee 901 got 2GB RAM, 4GB SSD for XP Pro, 80GB Hard Disk, Bluetooth, Cam, Wireless, Extra 16GB SDHC and a Touch Screen. It boots in no time, very portable and beleive me for such a price and such a potential of modifications it is worth it and better than the $3000 Sony Vaio.
