When I am working during the day i try to have everything done by 5:30 so I can leave home so i am working under pressure. If I stay late I no longer have a deadline and I am no longer pressured. I am more relaxed when working and i set my mind to the fact that I leave once the job is done and not the fact that I leave at a certain time.
