Al Mayass Restaurant Caught on Fire
I just found out today that there was a fire at Al Mayass. I don’t know how I missed this but I guess it happened while I was in London. Hope it wasn’t too bad.

it happened like about a month ago and yes it got destroyed…but now it opened again :)

hahaha, It’s a pretty crappy restaurant, should’ve burned to the ground so they can build a new one.

Maze: Proly Arson and Credit Crunch :P Cant just shut down a restaurant or business here- ya gotta save face…so lets burn it down :P
Mayass restaurant will reopen on February 5th and it was not completely destroyed.
Their food and the service are excellent, their staff so friendly.
During the day, if you eat on the 1st floor, it has a very nice view on the sea. They serve mainly Armenian food.
We look forward to their re opening.

And only the kitchen and part of the restaurant was damaged.
N e waaayz…. the restaurant was pretty good except what the waiters were wearing….they had like green, blue, pink,red, yellow, and purple shirts on!!! :P reeeeeeeeeeealy goofy!:P LOL!:P Bs, Good Food!:D

Al-Mayass will re-open within this week..the new news that I’m sure no one knows yet IS :
They will be having an outdoor seating area (in the beautiful garden viewing the sea) for sheesha and dinner. Hmmmmm, can’t wait..with this great weather..
