Yes.. Al-Ghanim is full of Egyption & Labnies. Most of them are uneducated & not professionally trained. They select staff on behalf of their personal relations. Conducting interview is a fake.

sales man in IT department are totally unknown about Hardware of their product, they just know Processor, RAM & HDD. If someone ask them some technical question am sure they can not reply well.

180KD basic salary they are giving & bouns might be more than basic salary. This is bull shit. They are not writing basic salary more than 180kd for sales man because if they write it more than 180kd as basic salary..they have to give them more facilities as company policy.

I ad a friend wo used to work in alghanims management head office. He had told me that they out of the 400 million kd they sell each year, their gross margin is 38%

I think kuwaitis are an easy target.

You buy a product say for kd 100 and after 15 days you find that it is being sold by them for 50.

Their staff are under educated and under payed (180 kd basic). Even the lebanese are brought from the villages.

I wanted to buy some laptops from alghanim-electronics for my firm , i dont speek arabic , because i am from south africa , i thought alghanim will be the better place , so i visted alghanim in avenues, the store is very good , but the problem is the sales staff , i asked one of the staff for a specific laptop, but the sales person doesnt understand proper english , he was talking about the laptop which i dont want , and was un abel to talk to me in english properly . i would request the company to teach the staff how to speak english and understand this is the time of global lisation, and many new company are coming up.

I went there to buy a ps3, and they told me there is an offer ps3 + 4 games for 180kd. I didn’t want any of those games (crappy collection) so I asked for only a console the seller said “no we won’t sell console without game, tell me now you want this or not..” at the point I simply walked away without a reply, which I guess was a rude response he totally deserved it.

I had a bad experience with Alghanim as well, when i went to purchase my HP i took home a very well wraped box which contained my NEW laptop. when i unwrapped the laptop and turned it on i found that its name is Kareem Abdul Mohsin!! The laptop was already logged in, used and named!! I went to them and claimed NEW one with no name because this is what i paied for. SO BE CAREFULL PEOPLE.

If they are selling it cheaper than usual, then its fine. If I had a hundred printers in stock that no one would buy and newer models came along, I would have done the same to get as much out of my purchase as I can. But sure I would have sold them cheaper than the norm.
