Just find a reputable breeder online who will ship worldwide (there are more than you would think there would be) - preferably in Europe and they'll deliver the dog/cat to Kuwait airport. Then you just get the dog from them - there's a whole process you have to go through for Kuwait airport bas we managed to do it to get the cat. Good luck! I got a cat for my sister through the net.
