Of course my gripe was why the hell couldn't they have delivered them together as one shipment saving me KD 3. If Aramex is not going to decrease their shop n ship prices as a result of their EXTREMLY POOR SERVICES, then perhaps I should switch to DHL’s new “easy shop” service where they actually GUARENTEE DELIVERY TO KUWAIT IN 3 DAYS!!!! I think this is a new game played by them especially after the recession started to gain more revenue. Oil prices are down and they should revert back to the old rates of 2.5 KD.
