They are pissing me off and i sent them a hate mail today morning :)

And they pissing me off,
one day and a half to deliver a package from Aardiya to sharq office

They should be checking the mailbox three times a week instead its two :r They should deliver packages faster, instead when they arrive to Kuwait I wait an additional 2 days for the “idiot driver” to “get lost” and not find my house! Urgh!

before when the package arrived at my mailbox in the states i know within third day it would arrive in kuwait. now it takes 3 days to get to dubai and another 2 to 3 days to get to kuwait.
i also had 2 packages arrive to my mailbox. according to ups first one arrived at 9am and second at 12pm. the 12pm showed up on aramex.com/shopandship on the same day, the package that arrived at 9am showed up the next day and by then the 12pm package had shipped to kuwait.

Did u guys try getting in touch with Aramex during Ramadhan??? I just gave up for the month literally.. waited till after eid to pick up all the collected packages….
another thing that pisses me off with them is the fact that for an international company, they have no contact us page clearly visible on their website.. they’ve change their phone number and the old 4345 wotever it is doesn’t connect half the time… stupid company
