The government stopped the sale of the bear!

A lot was done to resuce the bear, and its now in the Kuwait Zoo (not much of an upgrade but at least there are experts there to take care of the animals)…

Why do people import cold-weather-dwelling animals to Kuwait? Huskies and Chow-chows, for example. It is just plain stupidity. There is always the challenged individual who leaves his long-haired German Shepherd outside in the summer and when it drops dead from heat stress, they say that “it’s natural”. Yeah it’s natural! The dog shouldn’t BE there! It should be in its NATURAL environment. I’d like to see some of these idiots flown to Iceland and dropped on a frozen tundra to see how they would do.

Better yet, leave your kid in the back yard in the summer. Natural?

I brought my 300 ZX from a cold-weather environment (it was built on specifications for New England). The CAR didn’t do well in Kuwait – consistently overheated. What about animals?!

a couple of weeks ago I went to the aquarium and I noticed a shark at the bottom of the tank which sure seemed like it was dying. I looked closely and I was shocked to see another fish next to it!
