The 1st time went smoothly and very impressive. The other 2 times their site was not accepting my credit card and the customer support did not reply to my emails! For some reason their web site does not allow IP addresses outside Kuwait! They are still doing better than Aramex, I guess until they take customers beyond their capacity like what Aramex did. Anyway, I got my stuff 10 minutes ago. The driver looked really overworked, he said the other driver had an accident so he was covering all of Kuwait today and he is the only driver. Don Veto, try paying with your K-Net. They reject my credit card but my K-Net works fine. Also, NBK are retarded and only accept payments during working hours (or so it seems). I tried to pay from the USWS site and it rejected my Kuwaiti Visa card.
